Schedule of Events

When guests arrive by car at the Koa Kea Resort for the ceremony, you will need to valet park with Koa Kea valet (located in front at the entrance to the resort). Staff will be on site to guide you to the ceremony site. Arrival is still between 4:00 and 4:15. Ceremony is expected to last from 4:30 until 5. After the ceremony, family members and wedding party will take group photos , and all other guests will be free to roam and visit the property or pool bar until the hors d'oeuvre/cocktail party begins at 5:30, on site at Koa Kea Red Salt Restaurant lawn , outdoor setting. We have updated the ending time for the party to 8:30. Tiffany & Trevor will be scheduled to arrive at the party about 6:30.
